My name is Rick Baldwin and I have been in the mortgage industry since 1997. During that time I have held multiple positions. I opened Preferred Capital in Muncie in 2011.
I could not feel more fortunate to have the staff of professionals we have. I am a graduate of Wes-Del High School and live in Delaware County with my wife Tammy and two grown children Kristen and Josh. I am very active in my church, University Christian. In my free time I enjoy playing softball, basketball, golf, and spending time with family.
